How and when did you get into yoga?
It was the year 2010 and that was a time of my life that I was looking for something more, I wasn’t happy or satisfied with my current situation and one day a new friend of mine dragged me to the yoga studio. I started doing bikram yoga and my first experience was anything but amazing! But my teacher convinced me to come back already tomorrow and so I did. I started to feel the positive effects of yoga and my life slowly started to change. Since that I’ve been practicing daily and for me yoga is a tool to find myself, my power and my purpose of life
What do you do in your spare time?
In my spare time…. except from yoga, I don’t have so much spare time actually🙈 But I love animals, I had a jack Russell before that I love taking long walks with, I like singing in a choir, I enjoy theater, go to the country side, paint, snowboarding and of course hanging with my friends.
What makes you happy?
It makes me happy to help other people, and also do backbends.
