How and when did you get into yoga?
I started to practice yoga in high school through a gym. By that time I squeezed yoga in between body pump and spinning. Later on I went to Mysore and practiced Ashtangayoga with Saraswati but it was first 2014 that I found bikramyoga that has since then become my passion in life. I started bikramyoga with a 30 days challenge that I completed in 15 days and have continued to practice every day since, 2015 I did my bikramyoga teacher training and I have been teaching all over the world
What do you do in your spare time?
Mostly I do yoga, but I also love to spend time travelling, eating and being out in nature, preferably in company of family and friends.
What makes you happy?
My daughter and my husband makes me happy. On a very close second place comes animals and colours 🙂
