Hot Yoga House 90 – HYH90
Hot Yoga House 60,75 & 90min are our signature classes. The class start with a pranayama breathing exercise to oxygenate the body in preparation for the following deep static postures. The class is great for healing and preventing injuries, balancing strength & flexibility and conditioning the spine. You will leave feeling cleansed and rejuvenated. ca 39C
Hot Yoga House 60&75 – HYH60/75min
These classes are a condensed version of the 90min Hot Yoga House. Starting the same way with pranayama breathing we then work us through the standing series at a slightly quicker pace but still leaving enough room for the important spine strengthening postures in the floor series. ca 39C
Hot Yogalates (60min)
Hot Yogalates is a challenging class and will definitely get your heart rate up! This makes Hot Yoga House’s Hot Yogalates class so unique. The class combines yoga postures and its flexibility and strength together with focus on core strengthening from pilates. Using mind and body connection all major muscle groups are targeted and strengthened. Strong core stabilises the spine and improves postural alignment. Be prepared to work hard! ca 39C
Hot / Warm Vinyasa Flow (60/75min)
Hot Vinyasa Flow is a flowing sequence of postures designed to conditioning, toning and focus. The emphasis is on the connection of movement with the breath. The room is at slightly lower heat; however the flow and physical movement will allow your body to build up additional internal heat, so be prepared to sweat! (Hot ca 38C, Warm ca 34C)
Hot Hatha Flow (60min)
Hot Hatha Flow is aimed at both more experienced yoga practitioners as well as beginners. The class incorporates more flow than a Hatha (HYH) class but is slower than an ordinary Vinyasa. Building strength and flexibility of the back relieves tension around the spine and hips as well as increasing blood circulation from the neck, through the core and all the way down to the legs.
The series include some sun salutations where we focus on using the right technique and alignment in order to gradually build up strength and flexibility.

Hot Bums & Tums (60min)
Hot Bums & Tums – just what it sounds like! This class lets the Yoga take the passenger seat while the focus is on classic conditioning. The main focus of the class is to strengthen the core and the lower part of the body while at the same time incorporate mobility. It contains dynamic, static and plyometric parts. Be prepared to sweat – the class is Warm, ca 34C
Hot Yoga Fusion (90min)
This sequence is a mix between various styles of yoga. The standing asanas will focus on balance and developing a strong, stable foundation. The seated sequence comprises of forward bends and inversions, addressing the core, arms, hips and back. An emphasis will be placed on the breathe during the practice, with special attention to cultivating the bandhas, internal locks, allowing for maximum results from the practice.
This class is open for all levels, ca 38C
Hot Classic with Nidra (90min)
Hot Classic with Nidra is a more calm and profound 90 minutes class where you work through your whole body using classical yoga postures during the first hour of the class. Yoga Nidra – Yogi Sleep is a deep relaxation practise which is then applied towards the end to complete the class where the heat will reduce slightly. Yoga Nidra is a technique in which the distractions of the mind are contained allowing the mind to relax. It is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. During the practice one appears to be asleep, but the conciousness is functioning at a deeper level of awareness.
This class provides physical exercise, relieves stress and through Yoga Nidra promotes deep relaxation.
Warm Vinyasa (60min)
Warm Vinyasa is similar to our Hot Vinyasa Flow. A little slower paced and a lot of focus on connecting the breath with the movement. The room is nice and warm although not hot; however the flow and physical movement will allow your body to build up additional internal heat. Ca 34C
Warm Yin Yang (60min)
This class is all about the balance! Calming, relaxing Yin poses combined with more dynamic yoga postures and flow; Yang. There will most likely be some form of Pranayama, breathing exercise, and a relaxation towards the end. Warm Yin Yang will leave you energised and ready to get on with your day. This class is warm, ca 34C
Warm Rocket Yoga (75min)
Rocket Yoga was created by Larry Schultz and has its roots in Ashtanga Vinyasa. There are different series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. Rocket Yoga can be seen as the perfect marriage of tempo and sequence.
The name “Rocket” appeared from: “it gets you there faster” but still with focus on correct alignment. You might find yourself trying something new you previously thought wasn’t possibly! There is plenty of space for modification of the classical poses, the benefits of the poses are transmitted equally to renew vitality and energy.
This Rocket Yoga class is appropriate for all levels levels of students. The class is Warm. ca 33C
Warm Ashtanga Yoga (75/90min)
Ashtanga Yoga is a type of yoga based on a method of progressive development. In Hot Ashtanga Yoga postures from primary series are being performed in a flowing and dynamic way. The 4 most important aspects in the ashtanga class is the breathing (pranayama), point of focus (dristi), postures (asanas) and body locks (bandhas). This is a powerful and dynamic class which works through and realigns your body and develops a state of inner peace. The room is nice and warm at ca 28C
Warm Yin (90min)
Warm Yin – this class is designed to focus more on being then doing. Asanas are held for 3 to 5 minutes. We remain in stillness and allow muscles, breath and mind to completely relax. The challenge of the class lies in meeting yourself here and now, to completely let go and remain still for a long time in each posture. The class combines deep stretching of yin yoga with relaxing restorative postures. Props may be used for some asanas to support the body in order to completely relax the muscles. We finish the class with a longer Savasana, 10 minutes. Leave your ambitions and striving for perfection outside the mat and give your self tender loving care. This class is Candle Lit, the room is warm – ca 33C
