Hot Hatha Flow is aimed at both more experienced yoga practitioners as well as beginners. The class incorporates more flow than a Hatha (HYH) class but is slower than an ordinary Vinyasa. Building strength and flexibility of the back relieves tension around the spine and hips as well as increasing blood circulation from the neck, through the core and all the way down to the legs.
The series include some sun salutations where we focus on using the right technique and alignment in order to gradually build up strength and flexibility.
Open for all levels, ca 39C
Advanced Hatha (2-2.5h)

We recommend you have been practising yoga regular for the past 6 months before you take this class.
Hot Pilates (60min)
Just like the sound of it; Pilates hot and sweaty!
The main focus in Pilates is to work and activate the muscles of the core. The moves might look simple to start with, but it’s all about the correct technique. Even though the main focus is the core, you are still working and strengthening arms and legs.
When your core is strong, it serves as the center of power, powerhouse, so your limbs don’t have to bear as much of the brunt of movement. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. Your posture will be improved and you will also have a better sense of well-being when leaving class. For all levels ca 38C

The class combines deep stretching of yin yoga with relaxing restorative postures. Props may be used for some asanas to support the body in order to completely relax the muscles.
