Just like the sound of it; Pilates hot and sweaty!
The main focus in Pilates is to work and activate the muscles of the core. The moves might look simple to start with, but it’s all about the correct technique. Even though the main focus is the core, you are still working and strengthening arms and legs.
When your core is strong, it serves as the center of power, powerhouse, so your limbs don’t have to bear as much of the brunt of movement. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. Your posture will be improved and you will also have a better sense of well-being when leaving class. For all levels ca 40C
Restorative yoga is all about slowing down and turning inwards opening the body through passive stretching. Props like bolsters and blankets are used extensively to support your body so that you can hold poses for longer.
During these long holds, from 7-10min even up to 20min, your muscles relax deeply. Restorative yoga is for everyone, it can also help our bodies to restore itself back to normal, back to healthy, back to uninjured.
After this class your body feels open and refreshed. Your mind is totally relaxed and your nervous system calm. For all levels ca 30C

Rocket Yoga was created by Larry Schultz and has its roots in Ashtanga Vinyasa. There are different series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. Rocket Yoga can be seen as the perfect marriage of tempo and sequence.
The name “Rocket” appeared from: “it gets you there faster” but still with focus on correct alignment. You might find yourself trying something new you previously thought wasn’t possibly! There is plenty of space for modification of the classical poses, the benefits of the poses are transmitted equally to renew vitality and energy.
This Rocket Yoga class is appropriate for all levels levels of students. ca 38C

The class combines deep stretching of yin yoga with relaxing restorative postures. Props may be used for some asanas to support the body in order to completely relax the muscles.
